BennyBot Programming Mode

Your Bennybot Controller has a builtin hardware bootloader. This bootloader is used to load new programs. The bootloader is a hardware feature and not a software feature. This means that you can't damage the bootloader by loading incorrect code. This means that you will always be able to return to programming mode to load a new program.

Make sure you have the DFU Drivers installed. More Information here

To Enter Programming Mode:

  1. Make sure Bennybot Controller is connected to USB and powered on (PWR Led needs to be on)
  2. Hold down the USER Button while pressing and releasing the RESET button.
  3. Your Bennybot Controller is now in USB DFU mode. You can confirm this in your Device Manager:
